The containers are powered by a
rechargeable lithium-ion (LiFePO4) battery, making them completely independent of external power sources, without the need for connection to the vehicle.
This technology
ensures the continuity of the cold chain at every stage of transport: from the warehouse to the vehicle, right up to final delivery. Furthermore, it protects the vehicle’s electrical system,
preventing overloads and
simplifying installation.
Energy autonomy makes KOALA GREEN ideal for use on
electric vehicles and in l
ow-emission fleets.
The system guarantees a
temperature range from -30°C to +40°C, adjustable via a
digital thermostat, and
complies with ATP and
HACCP regulations for the transport of perishable goods.
Each container is manufactured
in Italy using
rotational molding and
eco-friendly materials: food-grade polyethylene and CFC/HCFC-free polyurethane foam.
Moreover, all models are
fully recyclable at the end of their life cycle, in line with the principles of the
circular economy.
The
control system features a
programmable digital thermostat, also available in a Bluetooth-enabled version for real-time
monitoring of the internal temperature.
USB data loggers and
RFID solutions are also available for
advanced traceability: essential tools for sectors such as pharmaceuticals, where precision and documentation are paramount.
Available in capacities from 135 to over 1300 liters, KOALA GREEN is offered in
three configurations – BASIC, WHEELED, and PALLET – and is
customizable with a wide range of accessories.

ATP-approved and
